To ensure your satisfaction, please review below important information before you make a purchase:

  • Please keep in mind that the actual color of the product may appear slightly different due to variations in display devices. We kindly request that you refer to the actual color of the product, as we do not consider the variation as a defect.

  • Lively's designs feature high-quality diamonds, gemstones, and pearls. The materials may have slight variations in appearance, including natural textures and traces of origin, as well as slight differences in size due to the angle considered in professional diamond cutting techniques. These unique aspects are part of the beauty and quality of Lively Co.'s jewelry, and are not considered defects.

  • Please note that custom-made items or jewelry with any modifications and adjustments cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Lively Jewelry Co.'s fine jewelry is handcrafted by professional artisans. The handcrafting process may have minor tolerances, with a reasonable range of plus or minus half a size. Therefore, Lively Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for size discrepancies within this reasonable error range.

  • Earrings are considered personal items. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective.

  • For a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask you to promptly receive your package upon arrival. If a package is not claimed, and we are unable to contact you using the information provided on the order, we may need to terminate the contract and charge a penalty of 30% of the total order price.

  • If you come across any size discrepancies, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at service@livelyjewelry.co during our service hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, excluding public holidays and national holidays). Our Lively specialist will be more than happy to assist you and ensure that any necessary follow-up is taken care of.

  • In the event that a return is necessary due to personal factors, kindly be aware that the customer will be responsible for shipping charge.
