We offer two types of custom services:

Bespoke Order: Share your precious story, and we will transform your cherished memories into a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.

Special Order: Select from the existing designs on Lively's official website. Add your favorite gemstones and create a unique version just for you.ㄒ

Lively sincerely invites you to discuss bespoke jewelry design with our designer.
You can schedule a convenient online meeting or choose a flexible meeting location in the Taipei and New Taipei area through the booking section at the bottom of the page.

Appointment hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

No matter where you are, we offer online video consultation services, allowing you to collaborate with our designer to create unique jewelry.

Many customers have already used this service to order their favorite designs. We look forward to exploring the endless possibilities of jewelry design with you.

After our initial discussion, we will provide you with design concept sketches and an estimated price range for your reference.

If you are satisfied with the design proposal, a consultation fee of NT$3000 will be charged to proceed with the prototype design. This deposit can be fully deducted from the custom jewelry fee.

(If adjustments are needed, they must be requested at this stage. The fee includes up to two free adjustments.)

After the design of your bespoke piece is finalized, we will present you with a rendering for detailed review. Should you approve the design, pricing, and custom details, a 50% deposit will be needed to secure your order.

After confirming the design details, Lively Co.'s expert artisans will begin crafting your custom jewelry.

Our professional team, with rich experience and exquisite craftsmanship, will transform the design ideas into exceptional pieces.

The customization process includes 3D drawing, jewelry wax modeling, precious metal casting, refining, polishing, and diamond setting. Lively will closely monitor each step to ensure every piece receives meticulous attention and detail. The estimated production time is approximately 20-28 business days.

Once your jewelry piece is completed and has passed our stringent quality inspection, Lively will provide a video for you to review the details. Upon your satisfaction and approval, the balance payment will be collected.

Each piece comes with an exclusive jewelry box and a warranty card to ensure the best protection for your jewelry. Additionally, Lively offers lifetime after-sales service to keep your jewelry shining brightly over time. (Material and labor costs for repairs will be charged based on the actual repair situation.)
